"What do I need to do to prepare for my carpet cleaning service?"
Very good question! Being prepared ahead of time makes the process faster and smoother. You can help out your technician by pre-vacuuming (if you can, not required) and moving any furniture that you want cleaned beneath, as we do not move major furniture. We also ask that you move thing's such as plant's, electronic's, lamp's, and other knick-knacks that you don't want getting wet.
"How Long does it take to dry"?
At Ram's Carpet cleaning, we understand that your time is important to you! That being said, we do everything we can to ensure fast dry time's. Our technician's are trained to perform a secondary-dry-pass to remove even more water from your carpet. This drastically cut's your carpet's dry time even more. Carpet's are usually dry between 4 and 6 hours, depending on the type of carpet, air-circulation, and humidity levels.
"Do you guarantee stain removal"?
Well, as much as we would like to say that we can get anything out...we can't. This largely depends on the nature of the stain, carpet fiber type, how long it's been there and what was previously used to attempt stain removal. To get the best possible result's, our knowledgeable technicians are trained to use industry leading, carpet and upholstery stain-removing solutions.
